NCS Navigator app on NCS Colourpin SE
The NCS Navigator Premium service closed down on 29 March 2021 in order to renew the technology and platform where it’s hosted. It will be updated and launched in a new modern format. In the meantime, we recommend that you use NCS Navigator in our free smartphone app NCS Colourpin, which you can find in the App Store and on Google Play.
Navigator enables you to develop colourways and combinations, cross reference between NCS, RGB, CMYK (coated and uncoated) and Lab (45/0) for print. It includes LRV values and Lightness.
The app works in conjunction with the NCS Colourpin SE which can be bought online and is listed under Colour Products. The NCS Colourpin enables you to scan and identify surface colours, save images of source materials, create and colour palettes - then export and share these with your colleagues. When taking colours from ‘screen’ into ‘production’, we recommend you refer to physical NCS Colour samples for the best possible accuracy.
