NCS Colour Scan 1.3 is the perfect new colour support tool for architects and designers, interior designers, painting contractors, interior design and paint shops - anyone who needs to identify colours quickly and accurately. It takes just 2 seconds to find the NCS colour!
For those of you working on projects where DDA Colour Contrast requirements are paramount - the NEW Colour Scan 1.3 now has the added feature of giving the LRV values for each measured colour. The reading also gives you the page number of where the colour is located in your NCS Index so that you can confirm the colour match.
This pocket size easy to use colour scanner works in all lighting situations and at awkward angles. Simply place the Colour Scan on a flat surface and press the big button and the closest NCS colour is displayed.
The NEW NCS colour scan can also be adjusted for high gloss or matte surfaces (G/M).
The NCS Colour Scan stores up to 20 readings in its memory and is automatically calibrated every time the power is turned on.
The best measuring results are obtained on a clean, dry and smooth surface.
It is not quite as easy to reach exact colour matches on surfaces such

adding your own colour databases. Maximum 10 databases with total of ~26 000 colour names. Maximum number dependant on colour
name length and use of colour groups/fan deck selection as well as your own face plate
